Interactive & Efficient Legal Assistance

The Unger Law Firm strives to create an experience that is highly interactive and efficient.  The process of divorce, modification or enforcement of a family law dispute is one that can be overwhelming.  Communication and communication forms (email, text, phone calls, in person meetings) can delay the process.

We attempt to bridge the gap between delays.  We do this in a number of ways including video conferencing, client portals and apps, iPad and iPhone use and education, electronic billing, links to pay to payment pages, and many other forms of technology.

Tech itself cannot replace human interaction and good communication, but it can enhance it.

 

Streamlined Communication

Mark has spent the last 20+ years refining communication skills within the legal context, specifically applying the lessons learned to family law situations.  He hopes that this results in enhanced, streamlined and efficient communication between attorney and client, attorney and opposing counsel, experts and Judges. This includes functions needed for mediation, electronic filing of court documents, creation and modification of documents (pleadings and orders) and others.

If efficiencies are created, one of two things occurs — either you lower the overall cost of the process or you provide a higher amount of service to the client, or both.  This is what we attempt to do as we move towards continuous improvement in the legal practice and our client’s cases and lives.

While no system is perfect, we think the law practice and family law in particular can be a better experience and try to enhance that philosophy.
